We are Emilie and Thibaud, lovers of sweets and great gourmets. We love to spend time baking in our free time and it was somewhat by accident that we started making macaroons.
After months of trying, we finally get a result that suits us and we take advantage of the end of year celebrations to offer some to our relatives.
Then, the idea came to us to manufacture them on a larger scale because the requests became more and more frequent.
